Wine and spirits are provisioned to the client's specification; a sommelier can be brought aboard for the evening. Dietary requirements, cultural considerations and brand-tied menu items are all planned in the pre-charter brief.
Event-week hosting programmes
The Monaco Grand Prix and the Monaco Yacht Show are the two peak windows for corporate hosting. Programmes typically run three to five days with a rotating guest cohort — morning coffee and briefings on deck, race or show hosting during the day, dinner and evening entertainment aboard. Berthing during event weeks is confirmed months in advance and priced at event-week rates; we handle the full programme end-to-end including transfers, race passes (arranged through the appropriate partners) and any private hospitality format.
Transfers and arrival logistics
Guests can arrive by car directly to the quay at Port Hercule, by helicopter from Nice via Monacair (a seven-minute transfer), or on private aviation into Nice with a scheduled car-and-driver leg. For groups arriving simultaneously, we stage arrivals with a private lounge ashore so the yacht welcomes guests in waves rather than a crush at the passerelle. Departures follow the same principle in reverse.
Contracting and payment
Corporate charters follow the standard MYBA charter agreement adapted for the specific event and client. Base fee and APA are quoted separately; VAT treatment follows the yacht's flag and itinerary. For multi-charter programmes and event-week bookings, we structure the commercial terms — deposit schedule, cancellation windows, force-majeure treatment — in a single master agreement that covers the whole engagement.
Insurance, KYC and legal
The yacht carries its own hull and P&I insurance; the client's corporate event insurance covers guests and any specific event risk. KYC on the client entity is standard and handled once at engagement.
