Practicalities
Nice Côte d'Azur airport is roughly 40 minutes by road and a few minutes by helicopter transfer where offered. Provisioning is exceptional — Monaco's caterers, florists and private drivers are used to preparing at short notice and to a high standard. Weather in the shoulder months (April, May, September, October) is often the finest of the year, and the harbour is noticeably quieter outside event weeks.
